Haier Renews Agreement with Encompass to be Exclusive Provider of Comprehensive Parts Logistics Services

Lawrenceville, Ga., March 19, 2015 — Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc, a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of electronics products and replacement parts, today announced it has finalized an agreement with Haier, a world-leading manufacturer of home appliances and consumer electronics, to continue managing the company’s end-to-end parts supply chain.

Under the renewal agreement, Encompass will continue to procure, warehouse and distribute replacement parts for Haier’s full line of consumer electronics, appliances and HVAC products in North America. Encompass began serving as an OEM supply chain manager for Haier in 2011, supplying authorized service centers, retailers, third-party administrators and other distributors.

Encompass Announces Executive Promotions Scott Cameron, Joe Hurley named senior vice presidents

Lawrenceville, Ga., February 9, 2015 – Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of finished goods and replacement parts, today announced that long-time company managers have been promoted to senior vice presidents.

Scott Cameron is now Senior Vice President of Operations and Service Solutions. He has been with the company since 1983, starting out as a delivery driver. Over the decades, Cameron has steadily earned positions of increasing responsibility and now leads Encompass’ entire distribution operation – including its three facilities in Georgia, Nevada and Florida. Most recently, he was tapped to lead the Service Solutions group, which provides comprehensive repair and reverse logistics services.

Cameron played a key role in Encompass’ recent renovation of its Georgia flagship warehouse, including the installation of automated systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Panasonic Transitions HVAC and Power Tools Parts Supply Business to Encompass

Lawrenceville, Ga., May 29, 2014 — Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc, a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of electronics products and replacement parts, today announced that Panasonic has transferred its HVAC and Power Tools spare parts business to Encompass.

This move follows Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company’s decision in December to appoint Encompass to serve as a master distributor of both warranty and non-warranty parts and accessories for its comprehensive consumer electronics line. Panasonic has now notified its HVAC and power tools account holders that effective June 9, 2014, they should begin ordering parts through Encompass instead of Panasonic direct.

These accounts will remain open with Panasonic through July 1, 2014, to allow for any backorders to be processed. After July 1, any remaining backorders will be cancelled and must be reordered through Encompass.

Panasonic Transitions Majority of Spare Parts Supply Business to Encompass

Encompass to Provide Aftermarket Support for AeonAir New Dehumidifier Line

Lawrenceville, Ga., February 5, 2014 — Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc, a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of electronics products and replacement parts, today announced it has contracted with RAL North America to provide spare parts logistics, call center support and reverse logistics for the company’s AeonAir brand of home comfort products.

Under the agreement, Encompass will manage parts planning and forecasting; warehousing and distribution; returns processing; and consumer call center support initially for RAL’s new line of 30-70 pint dehumidifiers. Encompass is also developing an e-commerce web portal for the AeonAir product line, and providing reverse logistics services for consumer returns.

North American-based RAL has expanded into the U.S. market beginning with its line of dehumidifiers. The units are being sold through a variety of national retailers.

Encompass Now Distributing Polti Capri™ Espresso Machines and AromaPolti Coffees

Lawrenceville, Ga., January 27, 2014 — Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc, a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of electronics products and replacement parts, today announced it has further extended its relationship with Polti USA to provide forward logistics service for its new espresso machine line.

Through an agreement with Polti, Encompass will distribute the CAPRI single-serve espresso machine with coffee capsules through various retail channels. Additionally, Encompass will provide reverse logistics services, including returns management, advance product exchange and repair. Encompass received FDA certification as a food facility to support Polti’s new product line.
