We got our start helping TV and radio repair shops keep families connected — one tube, one tuner, one part at a time. From day one, we made fixing things easier for regular folks.
2004
We became Encompass, and expanded to all the parts that keep a home running. Appliances, HVAC… More parts, more products, same mission: fix what’s broken, fast.
2012–2020
We grew fast, making acquisitions and adding in-house repair and reverse logistics to help our partners recover value, protect their brands, and keep more products in the field.
