Robert Coolidge
President & CEO
Robert Coolidge serves as President & CEO of Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. as well as President of the residential parts division of Parts Town, the global market leader in foodservice equipment parts distribution. In addition to Encompass, the division comprises Dayton Appliance Parts, which was acquired by Parts Town in 2021.
Robert was named President & CEO of Encompass in 2012. Since that time he has been highly instrumental in guiding the company to become one of the nation’s largest, most diversified providers of distribution, 3PL and 4PL solutions.
Robert previously served as president of Vance Baldwin Electronics, which was acquired by Encompass in 2007. During his tenure at Vance Baldwin, Robert helped grow the company – founded by his grandfather in 1953 – from a local electronics parts supplier to a national distributor supplying original parts for a wide range of product verticals, comprising consumer electronics, appliance, computer, printer and many more.
Throughout his career, Robert has been responsible for national sales, vendor relations and IT management and development, as well as system integration management. He has led business development efforts with national retailers, as well as forged strong relationships with a number of global manufacturers. Robert additionally steered the company through three successful acquisitions, including extensive rebranding.
Robert started out as the IT Manager & Systems Administrator for Vance Baldwin, responsible for the installation, development and enhancement of the company’s inventory control system and EDI integration to national clients and vendors. Additionally, he developed ERP and warehouse management systems still largely in place today.
At Encompass, Robert created the company’s innovative 4PL supply chain offering to manage aftersales parts support for numerous clients. He further implemented a successful financial model to help third-party administrators control parts costs.
He graduated from Western Carolina University in 1990 with a B.S. in Business Administration with an extensive concentration in marketing and computer science.
Mark Bickenbach
Group President
As part of the expansion of its Home division leadership team to drive accelerated growth and innovation, Mark Bickenbach has been hired as Group President of Parts Town Home.
Bickenbach joins Parts Town Home after holding leadership roles with several industry-leading e-commerce and retail organizations. His leadership of omnichannel initiatives ensured a seamless customer experience across all platforms. Bickenbach’s deep understanding of the residential space will support the expansion of Parts Town Home’s high-tech solutions and value proposition. As a strategic leader focused on growth, Bickenbach will play a crucial role in aligning the Parts Town Home division with the company’s broader vision for expansion.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan and a Master’s degree from Harvard University.
Chris Dennison
Chief Operations Officer
Chris Dennison has been hired as Chief Operations Officer of Parts Town Home.
Dennison brings a wealth of experience to Parts Town Home after previously leading supply chain functions, distribution and fulfillment, and inventory management across several companies. He will lead distribution center operations, optimize the supply chain, spearhead automation initiatives, and oversee the Parts Town Home division’s operational growth goals. Dennison will play a pivotal role in leveraging new technologies, including the implementation of a future-ready network and advanced distribution technologies.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Cincinnati and a Master’s degree from Emory University.
Joe Wang
Chief Commercial Officer
Joe Wang joined Encompass Supply Chain Solutions in 2022 as Chief Strategy Officer and was transitioned to Chief Commercial Officer in 2023. He is responsible for maximizing Encompass’ overall customer experience and capitalizing on emerging technologies to help the company meet its aggressive growth objectives. In his new role as CCO, Wang additionally assumed responsibility for Encompass’ Service Solutions business, comprising depot repair and reverse logistics for a broad range of consumer and commercial products.
Wang has more than 25 years of experience in post-sales product support. Just prior to Encompass, he served as president of In-Home Services for Sears Home Services, the nation’s largest product repair service provider for major appliances and HVAC.
Wang also was chief customer and strategy officer for ServicePower, where he helped grow the field service software company to be the most widely adopted SaaS platform in the major appliances industry in North America and Europe. Previous to ServicePower, he helped turn around Best Buy’s Geek Squad Repair Services group and launched its secondary markets operations. At the start of his career, Wang worked at major Ford auto dealerships in Detroit and Northern California overseeing parts and service.
He earned Bachelor’s degrees in Social and Industrial Psychology and Chinese from Ohio State University along with Honors Capstone in International Business.
Doug Buis
Group Vice President, Inventory
Doug Buis serves as Group Vice President of Inventory at Parts Town Unlimited, where he leads inventory strategy across multiple divisions including Parts Town Home, Parts Town Americas, and Unlimited Service Group. Doug is responsible for advancing purchasing, inventory management, and demand planning capabilities across North America, helping drive operational scale, service excellence, and strong working capital performance.
Doug joined Parts Town in 2016 and has spent more than nine years building and leading high-performing teams across inventory management, pricing, and analytics. During his tenure, he has played a key role in evolving inventory management strategies, establishing the company’s Pricing Department, and leading the Analytics function—contributing significantly to the company’s growth and supply chain transformation.
Prior to Parts Town, Doug built a strong foundation in operations and process excellence at McKesson Pharmaceuticals. After graduating from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Operations Management and Information Systems, he completed McKesson’s cross-functional leadership development program. He went on to manage warehouse operations, support a major distribution center transition, and later served as a Six Sigma Black Belt leading continuous improvement initiatives at both local and national levels. Doug ultimately advanced to Director of Operations, where he led the Chicagoland Distribution Center in Aurora, Illinois.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for people development, Doug brings a unique combination of operational expertise and energy to his role.
Brad Moszkiewicz
Director of Warehouse Operations
Brad Moszkiewicz is Director of Warehouse Operations responsible for managing Encompass distribution centers located in Georgia, Florida and Nevada.
He is tasked with integrating and standardizing supply chain operations to maximize revenue growth, process innovation and cost reduction. Onboarding new 3PL and 4PL clients and monitoring performance metrics for optimal operational efficiency is another key part of his role. Brad also closely collaborates on planning, budgeting and decision making, enabling Encompass to reach its business goals and objectives.
He brings to Encompass more than 20 years of experience in operations, supply chain, distribution and customer service management through progressive roles at Panasonic, one of the world’s top manufacturers of a wide range of products including consumer electronics, appliance, audio visual, personal care and many more.
Among his many achievements at Panasonic, Brad negotiated several vendor contracts, including freight, outsourced labor and call center support that resulted in multi-million-dollar operational cost savings. Additionally, he has in-depth experience managing multiple DC locations, including implementation of Warehouse Management Systems and automation projects.
Brad earned a B.A. degree in Individualized Studies with Business Focus, graduating Summa cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Scott Cameron
SVP of Service Solutions
Scott Cameron was named Executive Vice President of Operations in 2023, focusing on footprint expansion and warehouse innovation. He has been with Encompass since 1983, starting out as a delivery driver. Over the decades, Scott has steadily earned positions of increasing responsibility and now leads Encompass’ entire distribution operation – including the company’s facilities in Georgia and Florida. In 2014, he was tapped to lead Encompass’ Service Solutions group, which provides extensive high-tech repair and reverse logistics offerings and is based at the company’s Georgia headquarters location.
Joe Hurley
EVP of Sales & Marketing
Joe Hurley was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2015. He oversees the company’s business development and marketing functions, comprising the promotion, development and execution of programs that leverage the full Encompass value proposition to the benefit of our customers, including forward and reverse logistics, returns management, asset recovery and other comprehensive solutions.
Joe has more than 30 years of sales and management experience, including a strong background in the Consumer Electronics Service Business. Prior to joining Encompass in 2008, he served as Director of Parts for Philips Consumer Electronics. During his tenure as Director of Parts, Joe ensured Philips exceeded the Parts Sales and Margin budget each year.
Previous to his role as Director of Parts, Joe held other notable positions for Philips, including Parts Sales Manager and Call Center Manager.
Joe earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN.
Andrea Stephens
Vice President of Marketing
Andrea Stephens joined Encompass Supply Chain Solutions as Vice President of Marketing in 2023. Andrea leads the marketing team, accelerating the company’s presence and brand awareness across key target markets and driving integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, print and interactive platforms. Stephens brings nearly 20 years of B2B marketing experience, having worked with both private and publicly held organizations including Newell Brands and The Legacy Companies and leading organizations in the home goods industry. Her background includes product management and sales development, with extensive experience in the B2B Marketing and Customer Engagement space. Stephens holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University.
Jack Webner
Director of Customer Partnerships
Jack Webner is Director of Customer Partnerships, focusing on the Home Appliance Parts market. He came to Encompass through the company’s recent merger with Dayton Appliance Parts based in Ohio.
Webner has 35 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer electronics and appliance service industries. Prior to Dayton Appliance Parts, he served nearly 30 years at MCM Electronics.
Scott Pierson
Vice President of HVAC and Market Strategy
Scott Pierson joined Encompass Supply Chain Solutions in 2024. He serves as the leader of Encompass Supply Chain Solutions’ HVAC initiatives, a crucial element of the company’s parts distribution services. Pierson has held leadership roles in strategic development at national HVAC wholesalers and original equipment manufacturers. His cross-functional approach and innovative mindset make him a driving force in the HVAC industry. Pierson is dedicated to enhancing product performance and operational efficiency, supporting Encompass’ mission to improve the longevity and reliability of HVAC systems.
In this role, Pierson will lead the organization’s HVAC initiatives, an integral part of the Encompass Supply Chain parts distribution offering.
Pierson holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from North Carolina State University, and an MBA from The Citadel.
Jim Scarff
VP of Customer Support
Jim Scarff is the Vice President of Customer Support responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience and managing the call center support function. Jim previously served as Encompass’ Vice President for Process Improvement & Information Technology. He has also served in various leadership roles at Tritronics, Inc., which was acquired by Encompass in 2008. He joined Tritronics in 1985 and worked in all aspects of the Operations and Purchasing departments. In 1990, he was promoted to Vice President where he managed overall warehouse operations and company marketing activities. Previous to Tritronics, Jim worked for the Marriott Corporation where he served in various corporate capacities.
Jim Flatt
General Manager
Jim Flatt joined Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in January 2022 as General Manager. In this role, he leads a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives across the organization involving business analytics, project management and process improvement.
Jim is also responsible for reporting consistency and data accuracy to help drive business decisions and profitability. He oversees all contract KPIs and processes to maintain billing, support, performance and overall client program success.
In addition to serving in roles with Emerson, JVC and Sound United, Jim has 30 years of experience in Aftersales Service, Spare Parts, Field Service, Call Center, Depot Repair and Reverse Logistics. He is highly adept at analyzing data and leveraging best practices to develop solutions and streamline workflows to achieve targeted objectives. With extensive Six Sigma quality training, Jim has already proven to be instrumental in helping Encompass adhere to ISO quality standards.
Jim has earned multiple awards for exemplary results and using leading-edge technologies to deliver next generation customer experiences. He is also effective with enhancing existing teams, identifying and eliminating waste, solving complex operational issues and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Brent Blair
SVP of Technology
Brent Blair was appointed Senior Vice President of Technology for Encompass Supply Chain Solutions in 2023. He joined the company in 1998 as an IT assistant. During his tenure, he has been involved in all aspects of information technology, including planning, development, ERP systems and e-commerce. He has also worked closely with multiple functional areas to increase effectiveness, including Operations to enhance warehouse efficiency through automation and performance reporting. His efforts have helped Encompass grow from a single warehouse to a global distribution company.
Jayne Sutherst
Director of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce
Jayne Sutherst joined Encompass in 2019 and is responsible for managing all aspects of Encompass’ digital presence, primarily including its main ecommerce site encompass.com, client web portals, search engine optimization and online and social marketing. She plays an integral role in strengthening the company’s focus on high-volume B2C consumer ecommerce, particularly the “do-it-yourself” market.
Sutherst has 15 years of experience in web development, ecommerce and online marketing for both B2B and B2C audiences. She has worked in both corporate retail and agency environments, beginning her career with American Express as a multi-media instructional designer manager.
Most recently Sutherst served as digital marketing manager for MAPEI – a worldwide producer of adhesives, thinsets and sealants for buildings. Among her many accomplishments, she led the redesign and strategic planning of the company’s flooring installation product website, which drove 1 million unique visitors to the site within eight months of launch.
Sutherst earned an MBA in Marketing and undergraduate degree in International Business from Nova Southeastern University. She is also an All American Athlete for Golf and is a NJCA National Collegiate Tennis champion.
