Encompass Selected to Provide Parts Distribution and Reverse Logistics Services for BriteLite Enterprises

Lawrenceville, Ga., January 31, 2012 – Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., (ESCS) a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of electronics products and replacement parts, today announced it has finalized an agreement with BriteLite to distribute replacement parts for its full line of professional DJ equipment, as well as provide aftermarket services in support of two of its DJ kit models.

Under the agreement, Encompass Parts Distribution – a division of ESCS – will serve as a master parts and components supplier for BriteLite, a premier provider of professional audio equipment, including DJ kits, mixers, speakers, lighting and amplifiers. ESCS will additionally provide repair, advance product replacement and call center services for BriteLite’s DJ Packs through its Encompass Service Solutions division. The company will manage parts and service for BriteLite from its headquarters facility in Lawrenceville, Ga.

Currently, BriteLite primarily offers its products through national rent-to-own chains, which support select BriteLite products through their own service centers.

Encompass Partners with Universal Administrators to Provide Comprehensive Reverse Logistics Services Deal includes repair and returns management for array of electronics

Encompass Names New Company President, CFO

Lawrenceville, Ga., January 24, 2012 – Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. (ESCS), a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of electronics products and replacement parts, today announced the appointment of Robert Coolidge as company President and Lanier Bivings as Chief Financial Officer.

Coolidge has more than 20 years of industry experience, beginning with Vance Baldwin, which was founded by his grandfather in 1953 and acquired by Encompass in 2007. Robert helped grow Vance Baldwin from a local electronics parts distributor of $3 million in 1990 to a national distributor providing original parts for consumer electronics, computer, printer and appliance parts with revenues exceeding $50 million in 2007.

Coolidge will also continue in his role as President of the Encompass Parts Distribution Division for which he has been responsible for national sales, vendor relations and IT management and development, as well as integration management.

Bivings is a seasoned financial professional with more than 20 years of experience with a strong background in manufacturing and distribution. Previous to Encompass, he served as CFO for Elite Storage Solutions, Inc., a manufacturer of material handling equipment where he was responsible for development of production metrics and process improvement, inventory management and cost reduction in manufacturing.

Prior to Elite Storage, Bivings was an investment consultant, and also served as CFO for ShowTurf, Inc., a distributor of John Deere golf and turf equipment. Previous to ShowTurf he served as Corporate Accounting Manager and then Global Business Manager for Jabil Circuit. He was also a Senior Accountant for Ernst & Young.

Encompass Selected to be Authorized Parts Distributor for Sony of Canada

Encompass Announces Closing of Going Private Transaction

Through the program – which has been implemented by other major retailers – hhgregg directs its customers to a special web portal and dedicated phone line managed by Encompass to order replacement parts and accessories for consumer electronics and major appliance products. Encompass handles the entire backend process for hhgregg, including order and payment processing, fulfillment and customized call center services, and shares sales revenue with the retailer.
