Lawrenceville, Ga., October 22, 2012 – Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of electronics products and replacement parts, today announced it has finalized agreements with both Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. and Clarion Corporation of America to distribute original replacement parts for their full line of mobile electronics products.

Encompass will supply parts for Alpine and Clarion, top names in mobile audio, through its division Encompass Parts Distribution. Alpine is a manufacturer of audio, video, navigation and driver assistance products for consumers and leading auto makers. Clarion produces car TV and multimedia systems, car audio systems, rearview monitor systems and fixed and transportable navigation products.

Herman is exiting the CE market to focus on its Broadcast and Professional Audio Visual materials distribution business. Under the agreement with Encompass, Herman will assist in directing existing and prospective customers to ESCS division Encompass Parts Distribution for CE parts and accessories. Encompass Adds CEO to Title of Company President Robert Coolidge

With the addition of the CEO title, he replaces Robert (Bob) Gowens, who has moved to become an advisor to the Encompass Board of Directors.

Under the agreement, Encompass Parts Distribution – a division of ESCS – will serve as a master parts and components supplier for BriteLite, a premier provider of professional audio equipment, including DJ kits, mixers, speakers, lighting and amplifiers. Under the agreement with Sony, Encompass will distribute parts and accessories to Sony authorized service centers throughout Canada. Encompass will leverage its Canadian distribution facility located outside of Toronto in Mississauga, Ontario, for inventory warehousing and fulfillment.

Encompass Announces Closing of Going Private Transaction

(ESCS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sancompass Inc., today announced it has completed the purchase of substantially all the assets of Encompass Group Affiliates, Inc. (EGA). The new, privately-held company will build on EGA’s experience as a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of electronics products and replacement parts.

The combined company will operate under the ESCS name and continue serving manufacturers, national retailers and independent servicers through two business divisions: Encompass Parts Distribution and Encompass Service Solutions.
