Encompass Holiday Hours

Please note all Encompass locations will close at 3:00 pm Eastern on Monday, Dec. 31. We will be closed on Jan. 1, 2019. This timing coincides with the last pick ups for the day by both UPS and FedEx:

  • UPS will only pick up Air and International orders on Dec. 31. No ground packages will be picked up or delivered.
  • FedEx will pick up Ground and Air packages on Dec. 31, although only Air packages will be transported. All Ground packages will remain at the terminal until Wednesday, Jan. 2.

    Hello my name is Mark. We have just gotten a LG 65″ tv ( 65sk8000aub ) which is the same thing as a ( 65sk8000pua ). Except for the base. Our tv ( 65sk8000aub ) has two legs/base. The other one ( 65sk8000pua ) has a single base. Is there a single tv base for this tv? If so. Can you give me the part number for it? So I can try to order it. Please. Thank you for time. Mark

    I need help finding a part for a LG DLEX8100V 9.0 CU FT GRAPHITE ELECTRIC DRYER WITH STEAM. I bought it for my wife for Christmas and it didn’t have a steam feeder. I’ve called part stores and they don’t know what the part is. It’s the tray you put water in and it goes in the top left hand corner of the dryer to make steam. I need help locating this tray so my wife can get the full benefit of the dryer. Please call me anytime on my cell phone.

    WE HAVE A MARANTZ SURROUND SOUND NR1506 WITH A NON FUNCTIONING REMOTE.
    IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REPLACEMENT? WE WENT BACK TO WHERE WE PURCHASED IT (BEST BUY) AND THEY SOLD US A UNIVERSAL REMOTE, BUT WE CANNOT FIGURE IT OUT.
    MY HUSBAND IS DRIVING ME CRAZY WITH THE SOUND SINCE THE REMOTE IS NOT WORKING.
    PLEASE HELP!
