Encompass Expands Service to Polti USA with Product Fulfillment and Returns Management

Encompass has expanded our relationship with Polti USA to manage returns and provide
product fulfillment service to e-tailers for its full line of steam cleaning
appliances.

Through an agreement with Polti, we will
distribute its products to major online retailers and fulfill orders placed
through Polti’s website. Additionally, we will provide product
replacement services for in-warranty exchanges and manage product returns from
e-tailers.

Polti is an established European manufacturer
brand that has launched products in the U.S. initially through the Home
Shopping Network. Encompass currently acts as a master distributor of Polti
product replacement parts and accessories and provides depot repair services
