Andrea Stephens joined Encompass Supply Chain Solutions as Vice President of Marketing in 2023. Andrea leads the marketing team, accelerating the companyā€™s presence and brand awareness across key target markets and driving integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, print and interactive platforms. Stephens brings nearly 20 years of B2B marketing experience, having worked with both private and publicly held organizations including Newell Brands and The Legacy Companies and leading organizations in the home goods industry. Her background includes product management and sales development, with extensive experience in the B2B Marketing and Customer Engagement space. Stephens holds a Bachelorā€™s degree from Florida International University.
