Encompass Voice of the Customer Survey Sweepstakes – Official Rules

  1. SPONSOR

The Encompass Voice of the Customer Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Encompass Simply Parts, located at 775 Tipton Industrial Dr Suite F Lawrenceville, GA 30046.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Encompass Simply Parts, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CST on March 26, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on April 11, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

  1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete the Encompass Voice of the Customer Survey in full during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate survey responses will not be considered valid and will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

  1. PRIZES

A total of thirty-two (32) winners will be randomly selected to receive the following prizes:

– Two (2) winners will each receive a $500 Visa® Gift Card
– Ten (10) winners will each receive a $200 Visa® Gift Card
– Twenty (20) winners will each receive a $100 Visa® Gift Card

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $5,500. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  1. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 15, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the initial contact, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or a liability and publicity release, where permitted by law. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; or (iii) any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

  1. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and solely for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration.

  1. WINNERS LIST

To request a list of the winners, send an email to astephens@encompass.com with “Encompass Survey Sweepstakes Winners” in the subject line. Requests must be received by May 15, 2025.
