Scott Pierson joined Encompass Supply Chain Solutions in 2024. He serves as the leader of Encompass Supply Chain Solutions' HVAC initiatives, a crucial element of the company's parts distribution services. Pierson has held leadership roles in strategic development at national HVAC wholesalers and original equipment manufacturers. His cross-functional approach and innovative mindset make him a driving force in the HVAC industry. Pierson is dedicated to enhancing product performance and operational efficiency, supporting Encompass' mission to improve the longevity and reliability of HVAC systems.

In this role, Pierson will lead the organization’s HVAC initiatives, an integral part of the Encompass Supply Chain parts distribution offering.

Pierson holds a bachelor's degree in political science from North Carolina State University, and an MBA from The Citadel.
