Joe Hurley
EVP of Sales & Marketing
Joe Hurley was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2015. He oversees the companyā€™s business development and marketing functions, comprising the promotion, development and execution of programs that leverage the full Encompass value proposition to the benefit of our customers, including forward and reverse logistics, returns management, asset recovery and other comprehensive solutions.
Joe has more than 30 years of sales and management experience, including a strong background in the Consumer Electronics Service Business. Prior to joining Encompass in 2008, he served as Director of Parts for Philips Consumer Electronics. During his tenure as Director of Parts, Joe ensured Philips exceeded the Parts Sales and Margin budget each year.
Previous to his role as Director of Parts, JoeĀ held other notable positions for Philips, including Parts Sales Manager and Call Center Manager.
JoeĀ earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN.
