Encompass Selected to be Authorized Parts Distributor for Yamaha Professional Audio Products

Lawrenceville, Ga., July 26, 2011 – Encompass Group Affiliates, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECGA), a leading provider of replacement parts and reverse logistics services for a wide range of electronics products, today announced that its subsidiary Encompass Parts Distribution, Inc., has finalized an agreement with Yamaha Corporation of America to distribute replacement parts for its full line of professional audio products.

Encompass currently distributes parts for a range of Yamaha consumer electronics products, such as home theater and hi-fi stereo systems. Under the expanded agreement, Encompass will supply parts for Yamaha pro audio products, including keyboards, synthesizers, mixers and power amplifiers.
