VP of Customer Support

Jim Scarff is the Vice President of Customer Support responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience and managing the call center support function. Jim previously served as Encompass' Vice President for Process Improvement & Information Technology. He has also served in various leadership roles at Tritronics, Inc., which was acquired by Encompass in 2008. He joined Tritronics in 1985 and worked in all aspects of the Operations and Purchasing departments. In 1990, he was promoted to Vice President where he managed overall warehouse operations and company marketing activities. Previous to Tritronics, Jim worked for the Marriott Corporation where he served in various corporate capacities.
